HVAC DESIGNS/CUSTOM  DUCT-WORK  

      

The building is analyzed and design load is determined.

Air Conditioning equipment is sized. 

The ductwork is designed and terminal equipment is selected.

Working drawings are prepared. The drawings will show floor plans, notes, sections and details.

 

SERVICE/MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

WHY  MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE IS NEEDED?   Regular Maintenance and  keeps your system working at  peak condition which can increase energy efficiency and it saves you big money  to have  regular tune-up instead of having to replace your system entirely due to neglect.

A maintenance or service contract includes

the following :

  •    Tighten electrical connections
  •   Replace or clean air filter
  • Inspect evaporator coil and clean if necessary
  •  Inspect  belt and drive system.
  • Inspect blower wheel for cleanliness
  • Inspect economizer gaskets to make sure they are properly sealed to maintain the amount of air originally established during the air balance.
  • Test economizer for proper operation.

Inspect cabinet for obvious deterioration

Inspect unit mounting supports

Inspect duct connections to ensure they are physically sound and not leaking.

Check electrical components for wear.

Inspect and test safety components (e.g. high-limit switch) per manufacturer's guidelines.

Check the refrigerant per manufacturer’s guidelines.
